House Rules:

Check-in is available from 1:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.

Check-out is from 12:00 to 14:00.

Children's beds :

Accommodation is available for children of all ages. For people over 12 years old, the same rates apply as for adults.

Please ensure prices and occupancy details are accurate by specifying the number and ages of children accompanying you on your search.

Conditions for Cribs and Extra Beds: Ages 0-1: Complimentary crib available upon request. Ages 11 years and older:

Extra beds are available upon request at MXN 400 per person per night.

Please note that the cost of cots and extra beds is not included in the total price and must be settled separately during your stay.

Availability depends on the option chosen and specific details can be found within your selection.

Age Restriction: The minimum age for check-in is 18 years.

Pets: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

Groups: Special policies and additional charges may apply when booking more than 10 rooms.

Accepted payment methods: Hotel del Prado accepts Mastercard, Visa, Discover, Diners Club and cash.

The hotel reserves the right to temporarily hold an amount on these cards prior to arrival.

Please note that this temporary suspension is standard procedure.
